Day 1 – Arrival in Taipei

Arrival at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. After immigration procedures meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel in Taipei. The rest of the day is free to relax or take your first walk through Taiwan’s vibrant capital city. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 2 – Taipei City Tour

After breakfast begin exploring Taipei, a fascinating city where modern architecture blends with centuries-old traditions. Visit the impressive Taipei 101 observation deck for panoramic views of the city before continuing to the historic Longshan Temple. Later visit the famous Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and stroll through the lively night markets that make Taipei one of Asia’s culinary capitals. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 3 – Taipei to Taroko Gorge

After breakfast travel towards Taiwan’s spectacular east coast. Visit the breathtaking Taroko Gorge, a dramatic marble canyon surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and scenic trails. Explore some of the park’s most beautiful viewpoints and walking paths before continuing to your hotel in Hualien. Overnight in Hualien.

Day 4 – Taroko to Sun Moon Lake

Today travel across Taiwan’s mountainous interior towards the beautiful Sun Moon Lake, one of the island’s most scenic destinations. Surrounded by forested mountains and peaceful temples, the lake offers a tranquil atmosphere ideal for relaxation and exploration. Overnight at Sun Moon Lake.

Day 5 – Sun Moon Lake & Alishan

After breakfast enjoy a short exploration around the lake before continuing to the famous Alishan National Scenic Area. This mountainous region is known for its misty forests, sunrise viewpoints and traditional tea plantations. Overnight in Alishan.

Day 6 – Alishan to Tainan

Early morning optional visit to watch the famous Alishan sunrise before continuing south to Tainan, the historical capital of Taiwan. Explore traditional temples, historic streets and cultural landmarks that reflect the island’s rich heritage. Overnight in Tainan.

Day 7 – Tainan to Kaohsiung

After breakfast travel to Kaohsiung, Taiwan’s second largest city and an important port. Visit the famous Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum and enjoy the scenic area around Lotus Pond with its colorful temples. Overnight in Kaohsiung.

Day 8 – Kaohsiung Exploration

Today explore more of Kaohsiung including the harbor area, art districts and lively markets. The city offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere and a vibrant cultural scene. Overnight in Kaohsiung.

Day 9 – Kaohsiung to Taipei

After breakfast return to Taipei by high-speed train. Upon arrival enjoy free time for shopping, visiting museums or exploring the city’s famous night markets. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 10 – Departure

After breakfast transfer to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport for your departure flight.
